Mercy Hospice Quilt to Be Unveiled
at Reception
The 2007 Mercy Hospice quilt will be unveiled at a special
reception on Sunday, September 7th at Mercy Medical Center
- North Campus. This is the sixth quilt made and donated by
Sue Tappe to remember those persons touched by Mercy Hospice
services during the year 2007. Tappe, who began making the
quilts after the loss of her husband in 2002, designs, makes
and presents the quilts to help comfort family members. Individual
names are stitched into the quilt for family members to see
and touch during the reception.
The Hospice Quilt will be unveiled at the reception at 1
p.m. on September 7 in Conference Room A at Mercy Medical
Center - North Campus.
